Shipping policy

We ship most orders within 1-3 business days direct from Chamonix*.

*If you select seam sealing services with your purchase, please allow a few extra days for us to seal the item(s) and ship your order.

European Shipping

All orders are validated after the payment is accepted and processed. Home deliveries are made by the Colissimo or Chronopost delivery service for France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Shipments to other countries are made by Colissimo or their local fulfillment partner. The delivery time for shipments by Colissimo in metropolitan France is 3 to 5 working days. For shipments by Colissimo outside metropolitan France, the delivery time is 5 to 8 working days. 

International Shipping

International packages are shipped via Colissimo. For shipments outside of the European Union, the delivery time is 5 to 10 days. It normally takes 2-5 days to clear customs to most destinations, but can be up to two weeks in some circumstances. International shipping includes end-to-end tracking. 

Customs Duty Fees

Deliveries outside of the European Union including, but not limited to, Canada, the United States (USA), the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia, the Middle East and Japan may be subject to additional import fees and/or taxes. Addition of import fees, VAT or other taxes are not collected, pre-paid or determined by ODONATA GEAR in any way. The customer must pay any applicable customs fees or taxes at the time of receipt. Customs clearance can sometimes hold up packages.

IMPORTANT - If you refuse an international package or do not collect it from customs, the customs fees and return shipping are billed back to us. Any charges that we incur will be deducted from your refund.

Lost or stolen packages

ODONATA GEAR is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking shows that they are delivered. Please choose signature confirmation or be prepared to take responsibility if your package goes missing from your doorstep or mailbox after the tracking shows that it is delivered.
